    • Duties and Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities will vary depending on the role, but could include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Data entry and document formatting
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining office inventory
  • Filing and organizing paperwork
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading documents
  • Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Booking appointments and travel arrangements
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Supporting accounting with data input
  • General office support as required

    • Education:

  • Post Secondary Education is an asset

    • Experience
    :

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • At least months of previous administrative experience
  • Customer service experience is a bonus!

    • Skills:

  • Energetic team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Friendly, upbeat, and professional in presentation and demeanour

    • Salary: $$ per hour depending on assignment

  • Temporary employees are payrolled weekly via direct deposit.

    • Work Hours:Work hours will vary depending on the assignment details and employers’ needs. This information will be confirmed at the time of your interview or offering of assignment(s).

  • Day shifts
  • Monday – Friday
  • Up to hours per week
  • Part time opportunities available – - days per week

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
