AGT Foods is looking for a Grain Handling Facility Assistant
.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grain Handling Facility Assistant with strong administrative office skills to join our Southeast Calgary team. This role combines physical grain handling duties with office-based administrative support. The successful candidate will be comfortable working both outdoors in a hands‑on environment and indoors completing office tasks.

• Loading, unloading, and moving grain and related products
• Operating basic grain handling equipment (training provided if required)
• Monitoring grain quality and reporting issues
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the worksite
• Completing weighbridge documentation and delivery records
• Data entry and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Answering phone calls and assisting customers/suppliers

• Previous experience in grain handling, farming, or agricultural environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping ability
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
