What is the opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager, Training Delivery, the Administrative Support role provides service and support to the Manager of Training and Training Administrators.
What will you do:
File, document and database management for access to instructional materials across platforms.Document QA including formatting, proofreading, and processing in accordance with department project management requirements.Administrative support to cover vacation schedules (telephone, database entry, filing).Administrative support for day-to-day business operations as required.Other duties as required.What you need to succeed:
Minimum High School completion, some post-secondary training preferredExperience with electronic filing systems, SharePoint and web designGood understanding of computer networks/electronic filing and proficiency in computer use, particularly document management, organization and formatting (MS Office) Ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision Exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately What’s in it for you:
