Commercial Property Administrator
You will be working for a owner, who have a large portfolio of commercial office properties across Alberta. This company has an exceptional culture & prides themself on development and internal promotion wherever possible. Your new roleYou will report to the Property manager and be responsible for supporting approximately 1,000,000 sq ft, of office properties in Calgary. Your duties will include supporting the operations of the portfolio; tenant communications, assisting with reports, budgets, vendors/contractors and supporting with TI/CapX projects. You will also have exposure to accounting and operations.
What you'll need to succeedYou will have 2+ years administration experience, ideally on a commercial (office/industrial/retail) portfolio, however general admin experience will be considered outside of real estate. You will be comfortable with, tenant/customer communications, be eager to learn and grow and be a a strong collaborator. Experience with Yardi would be an advantage and a proactive attitude will set you up well in the company culture.
Whatyou'll get in return
