Job OverviewReporting to the Director, Construction & Warranty, as the Sales Coordinator you will provide support to the Sales department and facilitate the sales process. You also handle administration, data management and reporting associated with presales and sold showhomes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing sales or change requests, ensuring accuracy of information. Circulating documents to the relevant parties and following up to close deals.
- Maintaining and updating model prices and schedules in system.
- Performing quality checks on information in system such as deposits, contingency information, addendums and submission of complete packages.
- Uploading all relevant information into SharePoint and other programs as assigned.
- Managing lot developer promotions and processing mortgage approvals.
- Analyzing survey submissions and generating reports accordingly.

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint), ERP software (New Star Sales or similar) and estimating system (Build Pro or similar).
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Previous experience in the New Home Sales industry is preferred.
- Creating trusting and successful working relationships.

- Cooperating with team members in an open, positive and respectful manner.
- Taking responsibility for the outcomes of decisions and actions.

- Staying current on technical job skills.
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
