Responsibilities
Prepare correspondence materials including templates, documents, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations and Excel workbooks; reviewing and modifying as requiredResearch, compile and summarize data and key informationSchedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, travel arrangements, and other business activitiesCoordinate meeting agendas and supporting materials; record minutes and action items to distribute or archive as requiredSupport leaders with calendar and email managementSupport leaders with invoicing and preparation of expense reports for submissionSupport day to day operations including drafting team communications, coordinating team member on / off boarding, maintaining distributions lists, reviewing time codes, and approving expense reportsMaintain process documentation and contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesWork collaboratively with other team members and leadersBuild relationships and communicate regularly with key stakeholdersDevelop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, business, and industryMaintain flexibility to work overtime, as requiredSkills and Experience
5+ years of increasingly complex administrative responsibilitiesWritten and verbal English language skills, with French considered an assetExcellent organization skills with the ability to manage time in a fast paced and agile environmentStrong attention to detail and client service focusDemonstrated ability to move tasks forward with minimal direction, including the ability to influence others to keep tasks on track and proactively raise concerns as neededStrong critical thinking and professional judgement skills to apply guidelines and best practices consistently across tasksProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to communicate professionally at all levelsAny of the following would be considered an asset:Post-secondary education in Business AdministrationPrior experience working with senior leaders in a Professional Services environment
