Job Summary

The Sales & Administrative Executive provides operational support to the sales team while ensuring smooth administrative and financial processes. Reporting to the CEO, the role involves managing sales orders, client communications, invoicing, record-keeping, reporting, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of balancing both sales support and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders via online platforms, email, and phone with accuracy.
  • Ensure accuracy of orders, invoices, and client information.
  • Assist sales team with customer follow-ups, inquiries, and relationship management.
  • Monitor order fulfilment and delivery schedules, coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on payment collections.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, records, and sales documentation.
  • Compile sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to management.
  • Support sales campaigns, promotions, and other sales-related initiatives.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including correspondence, filing, and document management.
  • Communicate customer feedback and issues to sales and relevant internal teams.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the CEO or sales management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or office administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and accounting software.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting sales growth.
