Position: Client Intake Coordinator - Alberta Youth Employment Incenvtive

We are seeking a motivated and organized Client Intake Coordinator to manage client communication, collect and process documents, and prepare applications for RCIC review. This position is partially supported by the Alberta Youth Incentive Program and is ideal for a young individual looking to gain hands‑on experience while developing long‑term skills within a growing organization.

Job Status:
Part‑time 8‑15 Hours per Week

Compensation: $15/Hour

Summary of

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client communication, including responding to emails, phone inquiries, and intake questions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collect, review, and organize client documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and compile application packages for RCIC review and submission.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update internal tracking systems.
  • Assist with scheduling client appointments and follow‑ups.
  • Support continuous improvement of intake and documentation processes.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, innovative projects & marketing efforts.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Highly motivated, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers, digital tools, and online platforms.
  • Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and follow instructions.
Hired youth must:
  • Be an Alberta resident and Canadian citizen or PR.
  • Be between 15‑24 years of age at the start of employment.
  • Not be working with the same employer applicant and in the same position at the time of and prior to the employer applying for the incentive.
