Elevate your career as an Office Manager at a boutique law firm in Calgary. This full time role transitions to a hybrid model post-training, focusing on administration and operations.
In this essential position, you will manage office administration, assist with personnel management, and liaise with third-party accounting firms. Your keen attention to detail will support bookkeeping, payroll, and enhancing internal policies. Work closely with the Partner, providing valuable support alongside the paralegal team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the legal administration team’s performance.
- Manage vendors and light bookkeeping activities.
- Develop and document office policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies efficiently.
- Provide IT maintenance and support as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of Office Management experience.
- Law firm industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS 365 is required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Knowledge of IPRO Eclipse is a plus.
