DescriptionSpring Creek Quail Farms is seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency by ensuring meetings, documentation, and internal processes are executed with accuracy and consistency.
You will act as a key coordination point for leadership, helping to reduce friction in day-to-day operations while supporting communication, accountability, and follow-through across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for senior leadership
- Attend leadership and operations meetings to capture discussion points, decisions, and action items
- Enter meeting outputs into internal systems for tracking and communication
- Prepare weekly reports using meeting notes and internal data
- Provide administrative and coordination support to operations, sales managers, and internal committees
- Maintain organized documentation, including SOPs and shared file systems (SharePoint/Teams)
- Support HR administration, including interview scheduling and onboarding documentation
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience in operations support, consulting, or professional services environments is an asset
- Experience supporting senior leaders (e.g., COO, GM, CEO)
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to take clear, structured meeting notes (discussion, decisions, action items)
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency and reliability
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable with strong follow-through
- Service-oriented with sound judgment
- Comfortable working closely with leadership in an in-person environment
- $30-$35/hour
