As a key player in Chartwell, you will manage department files, process mail, and greet visitors to address inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain department files and office records
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail
• Answer phones and greet visitors professionally
• Process daily bank deposits and manage accounts
• Address resident or family concerns appropriately
Requirements:
• Secondary school education or equivalent
• Relevant experience in a similar clerical role
• Familiarity with office procedures and bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Word and Excel applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
