Your role encompasses various administrative duties while ensuring the dealership runs smoothly and welcomingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional greetings to all customers and guests

• Execute administrative chores, including scanning and copying

• Keep meeting rooms and common spaces organized

• Professionally handle and route phone calls

• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in reception or administration preferred

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office

• Excellent proofreading and document creation abilities

• Superb communication skills, both verbal and written

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
