Join Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP as a Receptionist in Calgary and engage with clients in a full-time capacity. This role operates from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, providing essential support.
As part of the Conference Services team at Blakes, you will be crucial in welcoming visitors and ensuring their needs are met. Your tasks will include answering phones and directing calls, maintaining security protocols, and facilitating communication within the Firm. This role is integral to enhancing visitor experiences at one of Canada’s top law firms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and guide visitors to the right locations
• Announce visitor arrivals to appropriate staff
• Manage incoming calls on the telephone switchboard
• Uphold office security and telecommunications processes
• Offer necessary information to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Familiarity with operating phone switchboards
• Strong organizational skills for office management
• Drive to contribute to an inclusive workplace
