By participating in operational improvements, you will contribute to the success of MNP's Assurance and Accounting practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and modify letters, reports, and presentations
• Schedule meetings and arrange travel logistics
• Record meeting minutes and action items
• Manage team communications and onboarding
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5+ years of administrative experience required
• English proficiency;
French is advantageous
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong critical thinking and judgment abilities
