You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in coordinating daily activities within our school. Responsibilities include managing communications, organizing front office logistics, and assisting with minor bookkeeping tasks. Your contributions will ensure that families, students, and staff feel welcomed and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and manage visitors and phone communications
• Organize student information and attendance records
• Assist with event coordination and room scheduling
• Support staff with clerical and document preparation tasks
• Maintain a professional front office environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Prior office or school experience favored
• Knowledge of bookkeeping practices is beneficial
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
