Your role includes greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing administrative tasks.
This casual position reports to the Operations Administrative Lead and involves developing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and scheduling appointments. You will also perform high volumes of data entry and ensure the availability of policy manuals for the workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist all visitors courteously
• Create and edit correspondence and reports
• Maintain and order office supplies as needed
• Schedule meeting rooms and manage appointment bookings
• Conduct extensive data entry accurately
Requirements:
• High School diploma is required
• 2 years of reception or clerical experience
• Intermediate skills in MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
