This role offers you the chance to deliver exceptional customer service and manage vital administrative tasks efficiently.
In this part-time, permanent role, you'll play a crucial role as the first point of contact, assisting visitors and managing incoming communication. Your responsibilities will include administrative support tasks, coordinating travel, and maintaining office organization while ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally
• Greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism
• Provide various administrative support functions
• Coordinate calendars across multiple time zones
• Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in an administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in service or IT background is an asset
