Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally handle incoming phone inquiries
• Greet families, suppliers, and visitors warmly
• Sort and prepare important office documents
• Assist with daily operations and file maintenance
• Create and manage marketing materials for tours
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or office management
• 1 year administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of client services
• Prior childcare experience considered an asset
