CBE is creating a roster for on-call Administrative Secretaries to step in as needed. Ideal candidates will support the office's workflow, communicate with families, and assist with administrative functions. The role is designed for those looking to gain experience in the educational sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth daily operations in the school office
• Assist families with inquiries regarding school fees
• Coordinate bookings for parent-teacher conferences
• Update student records and manage data accuracy
• Process financial transactions and maintain budgets
Requirements:
• Diploma in Administrative Information Management
• 3-5 years of administrative support experience
• Familiarity with standard accounting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
