Key Responsibilities:

• Support leadership through research and project negotiations

• Plan and coordinate events and employee gatherings

• Prepare agendas, reports, and meeting documentation

• Compile and manage operational reports and purchase orders

• Oversee travel logistics for the VP and associates
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant administrative diploma

• Administrative experience up to two years preferred

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
