In the Cumming School of Medicine’s Development Office, you will directly assist fundraisers in tracking donor interactions, preparing briefing materials, and organizing crucial meetings. A proactive approach combined with strong organizational abilities is essential to managing a diverse set of responsibilities and deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive support for fundraising activities
• Prepare strategies and documentation for donor engagement
• Update and organize donor and prospect records
• Contribute to stewardship events and recognition processes
• Supervise PCard and expense reporting tasks
Requirements:
• University degree or relevant education preferred
• 2-3 years of related client service experience
• Excellent computer proficiency, especially CRM software
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Support the vital fundraising missions of UCalgary by excelling as a Development Coordinator.
