This role serves as the primary point of contact for Community and Family Support Services. As a part-time Receptionist, you will handle general office tasks, greet visitors, manage emails, and screen inquiries. Bring your organizational skills to support various programs, assist clients, and maintain an orderly reception area for all who enter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls and manage inquiries at the front desk

• Greet visitors and guide them to appropriate staff

• Manage appointment calendars and register clients for programs

• Produce routine documentation and maintain organized records

• Assist with donations by preparing temporary receipts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Two years of administrative experience required

• Working knowledge of Office
365 needed

• Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search

• Good communication and organizational skills
