Position: Entry Level Property Administration Role

In this role, you'll support the Condominium Manager(s) and serve as the liaison to homeowners. Your tasks will include writing notices, handling monthly administrative tasks, and assisting with document requests. Flexibility and a hands-on approach will ensure you succeed in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compose notices and violation letters with professionalism

• Manage monthly uploads and financial documents

• Process key and parking pass requests

• Prepare folders for Annual General Meetings

• Assist Property Managers in various administrative capacities

Requirements:

• At least one year of office administrator experience

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills

• Professionalism and diplomacy when interacting with clients
