In this critical role, you'll manage financial documentation, conduct safety orientations for new hires, and handle various administrative tasks assigned by management. With 3-5 years of project experience preferred, you will need to be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage purchase orders and invoices
• Verify and post invoices for proper accounts
• Reconcile expenses and manage accounts payable
• Conduct safety orientations for new hires
• Support team with preparing essential reports
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade-12 education with finance background
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Advanced skills in MS Excel required
• AB Class 5 Driving license for travel
• Excellent communication skills essential
