Administrator Digitization

Join our team as an Office Administrator in Calgary this summer, focusing on digitizing physical records into structured digital files. This role supports our cloud transition and enhances efficiency.

We are looking for an Office Administrator on a contract basis to assist in a major digitization initiative. You will organize, review, and convert 80–100 boxes of historical paperwork into digital records. Attention to detail and basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office, are essential for this role in maintaining operational efficiency.

• Update reports in the ERP system accurately
• Create current digital records from physical data
• Organize and categorize historical paperwork
• Support the transition to a cloud‑based system
• Other related administrative tasks as required

• Currently enrolled in high school or post‑secondary
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Solid attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly
• Capable of lifting boxes up to 30 lbs
