As the Development Assistant at Qualico Communities, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the Development team, learning about land development and construction processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule project meetings and coordinate boardroom logistics
• Review and manage legal registration packages for subdivisions
• Maintain accurate construction records to support project tracking
• Assist with contract administration and project documentation
• Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years administrative or land development experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Clean criminal record check verification
