BLG Billing Coordinator Position

As a Billing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing pre-bills, finalizing billing processes, and overseeing the input of necessary changes.
Your role will also involve training newcomers and backing up other billing coordinators as needed. Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Finalize monthly and quarterly billing accurately
• Edit and post pre-bills efficiently
• Maintain accurate client data in billing systems
• Train practice assistants on billing functions
• Assist with filing requirements for timekeepers
Requirements:
• High school diploma with relevant further education
• Law firm experience preferred
• Excellent organization and detail-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
