This role requires strong organizational skills and at least two years of experience in the insurance industry. You will coordinate administrative needs, create marketing materials, and act as a liaison among clients, regional stakeholders, and Head Office. Your project management skills will help support marketing initiatives and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day sales and office activities
• Create and maintain marketing documents and campaigns
• Liaise with MGAs, Advisors, and clients effectively
• Schedule and support meetings, events, and onsite activities
• Assist with expense reports, invoices, and inventory management
Requirements:
• High school diploma and college diploma in marketing
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication
• Event planning experience is an asset
Drive sales support and marketing initiatives as a key team member at iA.
