In this pivotal position, you will coordinate all aspects of hearings, from scheduling and material distribution to offering live support. You will work closely with Tribunal Counsel, contributing to budgeting and reporting while maintaining important professional relationships. This role requires a strong combination of administrative and organizational skills to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage logistics and scheduling for tribunal hearings
• Provide real-time support during hearings for technology and materials
• Maintain updated adjudicator directories and support their training
• Oversee budget preparation and processing of invoices
• Compile and prepare essential departmental reports
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of progressive administrative experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaborative tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Proven ability to maintain discretion with sensitive information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reports
