As a pivotal member of the Learning & Development team, you will maintain essential learning content and user-friendly documentation. Your expertise with Microsoft Copilot will facilitate efficient content updates, supporting ERP sustainment and operational training initiatives. This position emphasizes meticulous content management and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform operational documents into guides for learners

• Update learning content within the LMS

• Create and enhance materials in Articulate Rise

• Manage training assignments and communications

• Ensure accurate documentation and version control

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Copilot for content validation

• 0–3 years of relevant administrative experience

• Knowledge of SOPs and ERP documentation

• Excellent organizational and writing skills

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
