In this pivotal role, you will enhance the efficiency of the Utilities Delivery Senior Leadership. You will be responsible for managing calendars, organizing meetings, and aiding in accounts payable workflows. Your expertise will facilitate smooth communication across the City of Calgary and with external partners, ensuring operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars for leadership team members
• Organize and document meetings, capturing key decisions
• Process invoices and handle accounts payable tasks
• Coordinate travel arrangements for conferences and events
• Maintain meticulous tracking spreadsheets for various functions
Requirements:
• High school diploma with at least 8 years experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to exercise discretion and problem-solve effectively
