As a Receptionist, you will perform essential accounting functions and clerical duties for the business office. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your work will directly impact the overall experience of our residents, allowing you to make a meaningful contribution each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain department files and routine records efficiently

• Receive, coordinate, and process incoming and outgoing mail

• Answer telephone calls and greet all visitors warmly

• Respond to inquiries and relay messages promptly

• Assist colleagues in ensuring office operations run smoothly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar clerical role

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent certification

• Knowledge of office procedures and bookkeeping

• Post secondary education in a related field preferred

• Commitment to serving seniors with respect and compassion
