As the Receptionist, you will directly report to on-site management. Here, your key focus will be handling phone inquiries, greeting visitors, and ensuring a professional atmosphere is upheld. You will also manage mail and administrative tasks, showcasing your organizational skills while contributing to the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond positively to incoming calls and inquiries
• Greet and direct visitors appropriately
• Sort and distribute incoming mail accurately
• Prepare and organize packages and courier services
• Schedule meeting rooms and maintain a tidy reception area
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a reception capacity preferred
• Professional telephone etiquette is essential
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
