Located in Calgary, this full-time position within the Events Team requires a detail-oriented individual. You'll be responsible for managing event logistics, ensuring efficient registration, and coordinating with sponsors and vendors. Your contributions will help establish a collaborative and innovative event atmosphere that champions sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the planning and execution of events
• Manage logistics, including registration and scheduling
• Support communication with sponsors and deliverables
• Prepare event documents and promotional materials
• Maintain accurate planning documents and timelines
Requirements:
• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and virtual event platforms
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience preferred
• Interest in supporting environmental initiatives
