Become a vital part of our team as a Property Services Coordinator, focusing on improving tenant experiences through dedicated administrative support and service. You'll manage the ANGUS and Tenant Services Portal.
As the Building Services Coordinator, you will work directly with the Property Manager to support property presentations and maintain documentation. This role requires a mix of customer service expertise and organizational skills, ensuring all tenant issues are resolved smoothly, often addressing urgent demands in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure documentation for building audits is up to date
• Assist with administrative duties for the Operations team
• Monitor tenant complaints and follow up effectively
• Facilitate inspections for health and safety compliance
• Track purchase orders and monitor contractors' compliance
Requirements:
• High school diploma, post-secondary education preferred
• At least 3 years in customer service roles
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Basic knowledge of building operations systems preferred
