Join Canada’s largest natural gas producer where the Drilling Administrator facilitates key operational processes. You will report directly to the Manager of Drilling Operations and be responsible for regulatory documentation, invoice processing, and data management. With occasional after-hours duties, this role ensures that drilling operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit regulatory compliance documents
• Maintain operational databases and well records
• Manage filing systems and SharePoint content
• Process invoices, verify details, and resolve issues
• Coordinate contractor onboarding and operational training
Requirements:
• 1–5 years in administrative or oil and gas roles
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with Wellview or Open Invoice is a plus
