As a key team member, you will assist the Associate Deans with administrative coordination and ensure the effective functioning of student services. This includes managing communications, monitoring student cases, and overseeing the appeal process. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential in fostering a student-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the administrative oversight of student appeals
• Monitor office activities and report service metrics
• Manage shared inbox communications
• Facilitate scheduling and logistics for the Associate Deans
• Coordinate Student Team meetings and events
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree is a strong asset
• 3-5 years in a high-volume administrative role
• Familiarity with graduate student governance and policies
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems
Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere while supporting graduate students at the University of Calgary.
