Your two to four years of experience will shine as you provide support in scheduling, communication, and tenant relations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first impressions by managing front desk operations
• Coordinate boardroom bookings and meeting logistics
• Provide executive support for scheduling and correspondence
• Administer amenities and conference centre bookings
• Liaise with tenants and internal teams for effective operations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in office administration
• 2-4 years of administrative or office support experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
