This position offers a 3-month limited term commitment, requiring excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills. You will assist in managing correspondence, organizing files, and coordinating busy workflows to ensure smooth operations during staff absences. Working closely with various teams, you’ll contribute to maintaining a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments
• Maintain and organize files, records, and databases
• Draft and track correspondence to stakeholders
• Assist in preparing department materials as needed
• Organize incoming files and handle inquiries professionally
Requirements:
• Diploma in Administrative or Legal Assistance
• At least 3 years of administrative experience
• Strong writing skills and document drafting abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and in teams
• Ability to lift and manage materials up to 50 lbs
Support Alberta’s legal profession by ensuring efficient administration at the Law Society.
