Join WCD as a Mailroom Clerk, providing exceptional service while managing courier deliveries. This role emphasizes organization, customer interaction, and effective communication throughout the workday.
As a Mailroom Clerk reporting to the Team Lead, you will ensure all courier packages are delivered accurately and promptly to clients. Your responsibilities include tracking incoming items, managing customer requests, and guiding clients on courier options. You’ll also cross train with colleagues to maintain service during absences while demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver courier packages efficiently from arrival to client locations
• Ensure accuracy and secure necessary signatures for deliveries
• Track incoming items promptly through the system
• Guide clients on choosing suitable courier services
• Maintain a detailed customer request log throughout the day
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• Previous experience in high-volume porter roles is beneficial
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Attention to detail in all tasks
• Fluency in written and verbal English
