ATB is searching for a dedicated Executive Assistant within the EFS Operations and Enablement team. This role requires a professional equipped to navigate the complexities of executive responsibilities while fostering collaboration. Your goal will be to align executive priorities with business strategies and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Anticipate and solve executive challenges effectively
• Strategically manage and optimize executive calendars
• Coordinate all aspects of travel and scheduling
• Produce and refine executive reports and communications
• Organize team events to build a cohesive environment
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of executive support experience
• Strong grasp of EFS operations within ATB
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Mastery of Google Suite and office workflow
• Ability to maintain discretion and sound judgment
