Join Thuro Inc. as a Project Coordinator in Video & Service Operations. This full-time role focuses on project coordination, customer service, and quality control to ensure client satisfaction.
As a key member of Thuro Inc., you will coordinate daily operations within the Video Inspection and Service Departments. This position requires you to manage scheduling, dispatching, and client communications effectively while ensuring all project documentation is timely and accurate. You'll work closely with clients, field crews, and suppliers to uphold operational excellence and deliver quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and subcontractor scheduling
• Prepare estimates, quotations, and project documentation
• Monitor project progress and handle scheduling conflicts
• Ensure timely submission of inspection reports and deliverables
• Support workflow efficiency and client service improvements
Requirements:
• Experience in project coordination or customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with construction-related documents and processes
