During your 8-month contract, you will assist Team Leaders in the Retail Support Centre.
Your role will be crucial for maintaining accuracy while contributing to a positive environment. Shifts are from Friday to Tuesday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, ideally suited for those looking to make an impact overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Finalize scheduled orders using the EXE inventory system
• Prepare trailer maps and validate proper loading
• Create Bills of Lading, ensuring accuracy
• Address customer service questions promptly
• Distribute mail to designated recipients
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Forklift certification or relevant experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar roles
• Work well under pressure, meeting deadlines
