As the Medical Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes engine that keeps clinic operations running smoothly from scheduling and supplies to documentation and communication.
Your Mission Patient & Clinic Support – Daily- Be the first friendly voice they hear – answer phones, emails, and CRC chats.
- Schedule appointments, prep charts, scan documents, and manage patient information securely and accurately.
- Receive and verify pharmacy deliveries, place meds on ice, and ensure nursing staff completes double checks.
- Help set up patient rooms and ensure equipment is cleaned and ready to go.
- Monitor fax confirmations and support timely documentation including Adverse Event and incident reports.
- Place supply orders, prep patient kits, and track inventory to support the clinic’s flow.
- Handle returns and ensure boxes are coordinated and tracked.
- Stay current on LMS training, patient hold lists, and reconciliation reports.
- Diploma in Medical Office Administration or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is a definite plus.
- You’re an organizational Rockstar with excellent communication and time‑management skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, EMR systems, faxing, and multi‑line phone systems.
- You handle confidential patient information with the utmost discretion.
- Bilingual (French/English)? That’s a bonus, depending on the location!

At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
