Your role will involve managing calls and warmly welcoming visitors.
In this vital position, you'll respond to inquiries, assist guests, and maintain an organized reception area. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will ensure a positive experience for residents and visitors alike while supporting key administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries professionally
• Greet and assist visitors reaching the facility
• Sort internal and external mail as required
• Coordinate meeting schedules and bookings efficiently
• Keep the reception area clean and organized
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in a reception role is desirable
• Adept phone handling and multitasking abilities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Competent in Microsoft Office tools
