In this integral role, you will manage hearing schedules, support technology setup, and facilitate communication among all parties involved. Your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining a current adjudicator directory, supporting recruitment, and preparing departmental budgets. This position emphasizes collaboration and requires excellent time management, communication, and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate hearing schedules and logistics effectively
• Provide live support during hearings and resolve issues
• Maintain an up-to-date adjudicator directory
• Assist with budget preparation and reporting
• Process invoices and expense claims accurately
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of administrative experience
• Legal or Administrative Assistant Diploma preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Utilize your skills in logistics and administration to support the Tribunal Office at the Law Society of Alberta.
