In this position, you will be the first point of contact for students and visitors, managing class schedules, phone inquiries, and documentation. Your people skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office will enhance the overall customer experience while ensuring efficient operations. Weekend availability is required for this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Staff the front desk and provide customer assistance
• Process payments and handle student inquiries
• Make bookings and handle incoming calls
• Draft daily schedules and dispatch documentation
• Coordinate equipment and classroom training schedules
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation is essential
• High School diploma or higher preferred
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and communication abilities
• At least 2 professional references required
