Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate executive calendars and meeting logistics

• Maintain records and minute books for board meetings
• Handle budgeting and invoice processing tasks
• Support planning for logistics and site tours
Requirements:
• Ten years of executive administrative experience required
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Share Point
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational flair
