We are currently looking for Operations Service Clerk to join our team!
This is a 6-Month Part-Time Contract position with potential for extension or permanent placement.
Part-time weekly schedule:
Approximately 24 hours per week between the hours of 7:30AM - 12:00PM Monday through Friday.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Administrative duties: data entry, filing
- Create on-site start up binders
- Answering customer calls, emails, and inquiries
- Act as a front-line liaison between the dispatcher, all department staff and customers to provide the highest quality service
- Support Dispatching team and help dispatch when needed
- Assist with monthly reports
- Audit service reports
- Assist with the tasks and requirements necessary from Service Coordinator, Business Systems, Sales, and Managers as needed
- Preparing reports for customers i.e: complete building services such as in suite filter replacements
- Log and route all Linc Recommended Repairs to appropriate parties
- Other duties as required
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
Required Experience
- High School Diploma
- Experience in a customer service role would be an asset
