As an Operations Administrator at Mader Mining, you will showcase your administrative skills in a dynamic team environment. Your responsibilities will include multi-tasking, logistics coordination, and managing compliance data. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to impact operations from our Calgary office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Multi-task and prioritize administrative duties across assigned sites
• Coordinate travel logistics and bookings for new hires
• Manage Roster (Rotation) Management and personnel data entry
• Oversee multiple compliance portals like Avetta and Is Networld
• Assist with financial duties including Accounts Reconciliation and invoice generation
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required
• Oil and Gas industry knowledge is an asset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail is necessary
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
